Here you will see the all features such as Debit card details, Complimentary details, Initial funding details. Check all these details and click on the “Apply Now” button then it will ask your Location Access and Video KYC concern. Click on “Continue” to move on to the next screen.
Verification via PAN and Aadhar
In the next screen, it will ask for your PAN, Aadhar Number and Mobile Number which is linked to Aadhar. Enter all these details correctly and give your concern for Terms and Conditions and then click on “Proceed” button. And then it will ask for your Aadhar Concern, press on “Agree” button to proceed for the next screen.
Then you will receive an OTP to your Aadhar linked Mobile number. Enter your OTP for validation. On successful validation it will move to your next screen. There you will see your Personal, Family and Address Section.
Fill In your Details
Click on ‘+‘ button on each section and fill all mandatory field such as Email, Marital status, Educational Qualification, Annul Income, Father Name, Mother Name, Communication Address and Nominee details.
And also select ‘Axis bank branch’ from the available branch list which is displayed based on your communication address location. Then select “Yes/No” in ‘I am an Indian citizen and Pay taxed only in India’ section and press “Review and Proceed” button.
Complete Your KYC via Video Call
In the next screen it will ask for your concern for Video KYC process. Click the check box and click on “Check Agent Availability” button.
Then, It will search for the Agent for Video KYC verification. After finding the agent it will ask for your Camera and Microphone permission. Click on “Allow” button and then click on “Click here to start your Video KYC” button.

Then Axis bank agent will make video call to you and ask your basic details for confirmation. Also You have to show your original Pan card and your face on video call. On completion of video call, Your video KYC will be completed successfully.
Fund Your Axis Bank Savings Account
Your account opening process is almost completed now. Next step is to fund to your account as opening balance. Generally opening balance amount will be vary based on the type of account you select. In this case of Easy Access account, the opening balance amount is Rs.15,000/-. Furthermore, you can initiate fund transfer using Debit Card, UPI and Net banking.
Finally, after the completion of initial payment process, you can see your virtual card details and CVV. Take screen shot of Virtual card and also account details for future use.
